Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agent at Farmers Insurance Agency As a Licensed Insurance Sales Professional, you will sell Farmers Insurance products and our affiliates. Must have the ability to sell and market our Insurance products. You will act directly with Farmers and affiliate carriers to quote and sell consumers' insurance online and over the phone. We are currently hiring licensed insurance sales agents with experience selling Auto and Home products with a strong desire to help people and exhibit superior-excellent customer service skills while assisting the Team in achieving better sales goals and results. This role is not a seasonal or temporary position – we are looking to grow our sales team—this is a full-time position. The sales agents will take inbound sales calls as well as outbound sales calls. Because of this, the close rate and commission potential are much more significant, and we pay commissions for every policy sold. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals who want to make money and help people understand their insurance needs. General Responsibilities: Meet or exceed monthly policy sales targets. Discover the needs of insurance shoppers Be able to overcome sales objections and close over the phone Ability to cross-sell related insurance products Continued development of product knowledge and sales script training Accurately record all required information in the agency management platform and communicate with the office manager and other sales team members regularly to discuss personal performance and recommendations about sales goals. Requirements: A valid state-issued insurance license Experience in cross-selling auto and home insurance packages 1 + years experience in insurance sales Ability to follow a script – this is a highly streamlined sales process selling and regulated product where compliance is critical *Superior verbal and written communication skills. *Energetic, easy to understand, and good at taking charge of the conversation *Reliable Seeking candidates excited about the opportunity to think creatively, contribute ideas, and make a difference to the Team.
