- August 15, 2019Rating 5.0My experiences have ALWAYS been VERY pleasant. Farmers has always made me feel like I am the only customer they have as far as taking care of all my needs. I've made changes left and right to my policy and have asked for my bill to be broken down and not once have I felt like a bother. I just added roof coverage and received an additional discount. I just tell them what I want and they add it to my policy as well as explain what I do not understand. Farmers Insurance is the best way to go.
