About Fidencio Leija
As a lifelong resident of Galveston County, I am proud to serve as your local Farmers® Agent in Dickinson, TX. I am committed to serving my neighbors by finding them the best insurance for their cars, homes, businesses, recreational vehicles, and most importantly, their loved ones.
I am proud to have served in the United States Navy for 9 years, and the inherent desire to selflessly serve others remains my guiding principle. I bring to my agency the same hard work, focus, and discipline I gained serving my country.
Like many of my customers, I understand that our families are our most important assets. I am so blessed to work with my brilliant wife Krissy Tibaldo-Leija, who gifted me with my three amazing children. Krissy possesses a true servants' heart, having worked for 19 years as a registered nurse in labor and delivery.

In addition to being a Farmers agent, Fidencio also serves the business community as an active member of the Dickinson Chamber of Commerce, Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce and current President of the Santa Fe Economic Development Corporation (EDC). Fidencio is passionate about serving local Veterans in need as the Founder and President of Operation Honor Local Veterans, Inc., a nonprofit committed to serving and connecting Veterans.
In 2017, Farmers Insurance recognized Fidencio with the prestigious Blue Vase Award for helping people within his community understand the value of life insurance as an essential part of a family’s insurance portfolio. In 2019, Fidencio also received the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce New Business of the Year Award for improving the Santa Fe area through his efforts in business development.
Most recently, in 2019, the Galveston Daily News recognized Fidencio as the “Everyday Hero” for contributing to the betterment of society and for showing compassion during hardship and suffering. After the deadly shooting at Santa Fe High School in 2018, he served as a committee member for the National Compassion Fund, which administered funds to victims of mass violence. Since then, Fidencio continues to volunteer as a student mentor for Communities in School in Dickinson, TX, and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) of Galveston County. For the former, he connects students and families to basic and critical and community-based resources; for the latter, he advocates for children who have been abused or neglected.
Fidencio is a highly sought-after public speaker on topics ranging from business development, community engagement, Veterans issues and life insurance.

Teachers Live and Breathe Education Every Day!
The Fidencio Leija Agency wants to recognize teachers for their tireless dedication to teaching.
We know teachers spend their own personal money supplying materials for their classroom, and we want to help! My wife and I graduated from Santa Fe High School and now as adults, we give back to Santa Fe ISD and Dickinson ISD.
Together we can improve our community.
Since January 2018, we have donated school supplies to 20 classrooms and awarded a "Certificate of Excellence" to these teachers to acknowledge that they give time, talent and knowledge so our children walk away smarter, more confident and better prepared for the future.
