Meet Me at an Upcoming Event near Lake Oswego
As always, there is no cost for admission to any of the event’s locations. This is the only show in the tri-county area that combines collector cars and classic boats.
At George Rogers Park, we showcase collector cars spanning an array of makes, models, and decades. Cars are driven onto the field in the morning on August 27th for public display from 9:00am to 3:00pm with the awards ceremony for the Car Show beginning at 2:00pm. The Lake Oswego Lions Club will put on their pancake breakfast at 7:30am, and lunch starting at 11:00am.
Sundeleaf Plaza is our venue for beautiful and rare classic boats docked for up-close viewing. These watercraft represent years of floating style and elegance. With up to 40 boats on display, each one represents an example of the finest and most complete classic boat presentations the region has to offer, many of which as wooden masterpieces.
In Foothills Park, we display unique land and sea classics, many of which are seldom accessible for close-up public viewing. The world’s only operating PT Boat will be on display and open for on-board tours from its arrival at 10:00am, August 26th to Sunday afternoon the next day. Military and civilian vehicles will be on display both days as well as a display from the Lake Oswego Veterans Memorial Organization.
What makes our show exceptional is it’s not a strictly judged show, but rather a fun and unique event for families and enthusiasts who come from throughout the region to attend. All proceeds benefit Oswego Heritage Council, which is Lake Oswego’s museum dedicated to the preservation of local history, and supports OHC community events and educational programs.
