    Steve took the time to explain different policy line items and provided candid recommendations on coverages to include and at what limits. No one from my previous carrier ever made an effort to do this. Not only was the service excellent, he was able to offer a policy that provides much better coverage while also saving me money.

    We first met Andrew Neal a few months ago when he went door to door in our neighborhood introducing himself. Later, when it was time for our current home and auto ins renewal, we called him for a bid. We made an appointment and he came to our house and explained the products we were interested in and later sent us a price sheet with different payment options. After a couple of telephone conversations, we made our decision and purchased our insurance with Andrew.

    Great! Andrew took the time to go through all of the different coverages and options at the different pricing points, and helped me select what I felt comfortable with. He was transparent about how he gets paid, and it was nice to know that an Agent is really only there to help me choose a policy and that they don't cost me anything directly.
