Pit Bull Insurance in Missouri

Pit Bull Insurance in Missouri
Pit Bull Insurance in Missouri
Who will insure my Pit Bull when it comes to homeowners insurance? This has been a topic among many of the insurance companies that are out there today. Many companies will not insure your home if you have a Pit Bull due the the risk that it could bite someone and be a liability. Some have decided not to renew your policy or dropping your insurance once the fact that you own a pit bull is found out. The liability portion on your homeowners is the part that is at risk if you were sued from a dog bite. At Farmers® we are standing by our pet owners and their love for their pit bulls in that we will insure your home regardless of what type of dog that you have. We don't charge a higher rate for this and can provide proof to whoever needs it showing that we will insure a house that has a pit bull. So if your company is dropping you because of your pit bull and you are looking for a solid company that will take care of your insurance then look no further. Do you have Family Protection in place?
Do you have Family Protection in place?
Making sure people are covered properly is one of the main goals of our agency. We are not out to sell people products and/or coverage that they don't need. Our agency is located in Saint Charles, Missouri but we service a very large surrounding area offering many good insurance products. The most important one that we offer is life insurance. With life insurance you are insuring the biggest asset that you have which is yourself. Lets say that you owned a money machine that produced $50,000 a year. All you have to do is keep it plugged in and each year it will produce $50,000 and it will even increase at 1 to 2 % each year. If this machine exists would you insure it in case it broke down or quit working? Sounds like a dumb question but I am guessing 99% of you would say YES. Well that money machine does exist and it is you. You have an income that you produce each year for your family to have the lifestyle that it does. Life insurance is something that most people may need but not everyone has. You generally are required by your mortgage company to have homeowners insurance (if you have a mortgage) and typically you are legally required to have auto insurance but generally no one is required to have life insurance.

With our agency we offer solutions that will fit your needs and budget. I always tell people the best policy that you can buy is one that you can afford. It does not do any good to have an elaborate life policy if it's too expensive and lapses after a month or two.

We do not pressure anyone into a policy but just simply ask a few questions then put ourselves in your shoes making some recommendations. Over three years ago I almost lost my father to a liver disease. His health starting to deteriorate rapidly and he went from being a very active person to being laid up in the hospital. He is the only income earner in the family and my parents have been married for 45 years. This is the time most people think about life insurance but at this point it was too late and there would not be an insurance company in the world that would insure him.

My mom would not only have to deal with the impact of losing her husband but also the financial impact of life she could no longer afford. This story has a happy ending because he did buy a good life insurance policy years before he got sick and he survived by a miracle transplant. Unfortunately not all stories have a happy ending and in this business I see bad things happen to good people all the time. Text "Life Insurance" for a quote and/or to talk further about making sure you are covered or e-mail me at for a No obligation review to see if your current plan is going to do for your family what you want it too. We have a variety of programs to fit your budget and needs. Chances are it is probably cheaper than you think. Affordable Homeowners Insurance in MO
Affordable Homeowners Insurance in MO
There are many factors that go into making sure that you have the right coverage protecting your house the most important asset that you have. We have been serving the Saint Charles and Saint Louis, MO area helping many people insure there homes properly. We know that price is always a consideration in choosing the right policy so we will find every discount that you qualify for but it is also important that we have you protected in case disaster does strike. How do you figure reconstruction cost? Reconstruction cost is figured by finding out what would be the right amount of dwelling if the worst case scenario happened. So if your place burnt down to the ground how much money will be needed to clear the debris from the disaster and rebuild a like structure brand new. We do not use market value in this because a lot of the cost not only lies in the purchasing of new material to build the house but also the cost associated with clearing the debris up. What is the difference between Actual Cash Value and Full Replacement? These are the two main types of homeowners insurance and many people when trying to find the cheapest policy will end up with an actual cash value policy. Basically what actual cash value means is they take depreciation into account on the dwelling and on personal property (your contents). For example if you have a dwelling of $250,000 and disaster strikes you will get that amount minus depreciation for how old the house is. With your personal property you would get pretty much whatever you can sell it for on Craigslist. Full replacement however is replacing everything brand new and not taking depreciation into account. This is the type of policy that you want and the only policy the Kaufman Insurance Agency sells. What discounts² will make my homeowners insurance cheaper? There are many insurance discounts² that Farmers® Insurance provides and a few that make a big difference in keeping your premium down. The biggest one that we offer is combining the homeowners insurance with your auto policy. This is the most common for insurance companies and it usually makes sense to keep your home and auto together. Also having a newer roof can make a dramatic impact on your rate. If you have a roof that is newer than 7 years we will reduce your premium and the newer the roof the bigger the discount². Another discount² is our affinity discount² which depending on your occupation we can give you an additional discount². What does homeowners insurance cover? There are a variety of coverage's wrapped up into your homeowners policy and we will give you a brief explanation of them. The dwelling is what the replacement value would be if disaster strikes on the outside structure. Separate structures would be anything not attached the dwelling itself such as a shed or detached garage. Loss of use would be the amount you can use to stay somewhere else while your place is being fixed up.You can also use loss of use for anything to maintain your lifestyle while Farmers is getting things back in order for you. Liability is there in case you are sued due to someone being hurt on your property or a dog biting someone making you liable. Building ordinance is there to bring things up to code while damages are being repaired. Last but not least is personal property which would be the amount that we provide to replace everything brand new. If you are looking for affordable homeowners insurance in Saint Charles, Ofallon, Saint Peters, Saint Louis or any city in Missouri look know further than the Kaufman Insurance Agency of Farmers .We will make sure that you are covered the right way.
