My name is Matthew Tobias Kotraba, but most people call me Toby. I’m a father of two boys, I was born and raised in Saint Louis, and I’ve been serving my community since 1997 as a Firefighter and EMT. Now my goal is to make sure that you and your family are protected. My experience as a firefighter has given me a unique understanding and appreciation of what happens after a life changing loss occurs and whenever possible I hire active or retired military and first responders to join my team.
