My name is Caleb Noce and I’m excited to introduce myself as your new agent and to have the opportunity to continue my career with Farmers® Insurance. Before deciding to take over the agency I worked with Farmers Insurance out of our district office on the operations side working with agents on a daily basis helping them grow their agencies. Our district has been the #1 district in the nation 5 of the last 8 years, I have gained a lot of valuable knowledge working with such a high performing district. I’m thrilled for the opportunity to be working out of my HOMETOWN. I grew up south of Festus and I’m proud to say I currently live on the farm with my brother that has been in our family since 1902. My career has taken me across the country and I’ve had some amazing experiences and I have met some great people along the way. I’m a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, MIZ! I have been a Mizzou football season ticket holder for the last 7 years and I really enjoy taking my nieces Payton, Dakota (future MU Tigers in training) and my brother Aaron to the games and visiting with friends. Being from the St. Louis area, of course, I’m a huge Cardinals and Blues fan. In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out on the farm, hunting, and fishing. I look forward to meeting with you to get to know you and discussing the importance of properly covering the assets that you have to work hard at attaining. Our family knows all too well the importance of and value of insurance, my younger brother Jonathan passed away unexpectedly in May of 2016, leaving a huge void in our lives. He was a paramedic and died at work therefore The Backstoppers have stepped in to help with the financial burden. If he would have died at home things would be extremely different for his widow, daughters (Payton and Dakota) and my family because he did not have a life insurance policy. Tough moments in life can turn into great teaching moments and I look forward to having great discussions regarding all of your insurance needs. The Andy Habsieger Foundation
Andrew Habsieger was a standout football player and a 2004 graduate of Festus High School and after high school enlisted in the United States Army. Pfc. Habsieger was a Festus native assigned to the 4th Battalion, 64th Armor Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, Fort Stewart, Ga.; Andy was killed in action on March 24, 2008 in Baghdad during Operation Iraqi Freedom. The Hobby scholarship was created in 2009 as lasting memorial to celebrate the life Andy lived and the ultimate sacrifice he gave for his country. Most people know Andy as a football player and a soldier and I imagine that suits him. The ones that knew him best know that he had an uncanny ability to be a leader and he was always helping people that couldn’t help their self. Since 2009 the Hobby Scholarship has grown into a non-for profit foundation that gives out multiple scholarships to students throughout Jefferson County and surrounding areas.

A Safety Net with No Strings Attached
The BackStoppers® provides ongoing needed financial assistance and support to the spouses and dependent children of all police officers, firefighters and volunteer firefighters, and publicly-funded paramedics and EMTs in our coverage area who have lost their lives in the line of duty. In addition to our mission of supporting the families of fallen heroes, BackStoppers provides assistance to first responders who suffer a catastrophic injury performing their duty.
Our Assistance
The BackStoppers supports families of fallen heroes by paying off all debt, providing health and dental insurance, reimbursing for out-of-pocket medical expenses, and assisting with tuition and educational costs from day care through university and miscellaneous extraordinary expenses.
Currently supports approximately 80 families with 65 dependent children
• Supported over 160 families since 1959
• Provides roughly $1.5 million in assistance annually
• Program expense ratio is an average 83% over the last five years
Rapid Response, Ongoing Support
The BackStoppers’ assistance is immediate and ongoing. Upon the death of a police officer, firefighter, publicly-funded paramedic or EMT, his or her family receives a check for $10,000 from The BackStoppers with assurance of further help. Within a few weeks, The BackStoppers’ representatives meet with the surviving spouse to identify the family’s other financial obligations. The organization’s goal is to make the family debt-free, and then to provide ongoing support for education and other extraordinary expenses.
Managed with Care
A 30-member board of directors administers the organization and approves financial support awards. Board officers are elected annually. An executive director oversees day-to-day operations.

The BackStoppers recognizes the tremendous sacrifices that these public servants make every day when they go to work. We understand the burdens placed on surviving spouses and children when tragedies occur. We believe our community has an obligation to care for the loved ones of those who have protected us. We accept the responsibility to make that happen.
