    I contacted my agent to get a better understanding as to why there was an increase in my premium of 13% for the current year. The prior year also had a large increase. There were no claims filed and no change in coverage. My agent was able to offer a new policy, still with sufficient coverage reducing the limits of coverage somewhat but keeping the deductible the same. I still question if I am still eligible for same perks like no increase for one claim submitted. Overall good experience.
