About Me

It is our goal to establish a relationship with our clients that will be long-lasting, one of respect, mutual confidence and professional friendship. We intend to strive to see that each experience with our office is a positive one. We are committed to making it easy for our clients to do business with us.

It is our first priority to provide our clients and their families options so that you can select the coverage that best fits your needs within your budget. Our agents and staff have the knowledge to help you. Toward this end, we will strive to make the complexities of insurance understandable.

Our clients policy files, whether they be Auto, Home, Commercial, Life¹, or any other lines we offer, will be regularly reviewed for adequacy and completeness. We intend to set the standard for service, whether it be updating an existing policy or assisting with a claim.

We are devoted to the enhancement of the community by taking a leadership role and actively participating in community affairs.

This is how we hope to merit the long-term business association for our business and those we serve.

Over the years, Jon has served the community in a multitude of ways. He is a past president of the Vandal Athletic Club and the Moscow Chamber of Commerce. He served two partial terms on the Moscow City Council. He is the founder of the Officer Newbill Kids Safety Fair- an event that provides substantial resources to local families to keep their children safe. He is the co-founder of the Palouse Basin Water Summit and presently serves the volunteer board as Vice President. Since 2008, he has served as the Moscow representative to the Pullman/Moscow Airport Board. At this time, they are embarking on an $80 plus million runway realignment project to bring our airport in to compliance with FAA rules. In 2011, he was the recipient of the University of Idaho Alumni Association "Jim Lyle" award. For fun, he volunteers as a cycling instructor at the University of Idaho recreation center.

Farmers Friendly Review Service
Farmers Friendly Review Service

Farmers® agents provide this service in person or online to help you review your existing coverage, so you can decide how to keep up with your changing insurance needs.

As your life changes, maybe your policy should too

Changes in your life can add up to changes in insurance needs. A change in marital status, the birth of a child or the purchase of a new home are just a few examples of life events that may create overlaps or gaps in your coverage.

Review your coverage and possibly save money

Just as you continue to change and grow,  Farmers® has been growing for over 85 years. A Farmers® customer can be the first to enjoy access to new benefits (like when we became the first insurance group to offer a discount for alternative-fuel vehicles).  Talk to us about a Farmers Friendly Review® - we can provide you with insurance options and discuss any available discounts for which you may qualify so you can select the coverage that best fits your needs.

How often should you have a Farmers Friendly Review® session?

We recommend a Farmers Friendly Review® at least once a year or whenever you have a qualifying life event change. If you like, I can even set a reminder for us to keep an annual appointment to discuss your changing coverage needs.

Give us a call to set up your Farmers Friendly Review®.
