My Insurance Story:
My insurance career began in 1986 at my family’s agency in NY. In 1994, I relocated us to Orlando, Florida. There I became a valued agent in one of the top national insurers.
I was then given an opportunity by that national insurance company to open an office in Columbus, Ohio. My Columbus office was extremely successful, receiving several awards and regional recognition.
Despite that success, however, my Central NY roots beckoned. Eventually, I sold my Columbus agency and returned to my hometown with my family in tow. After returning home, I operated my family’s agency for a few years before launching the Joyce E Felder Farmers Insurance Agency in East Syracuse, New York.
My daughter Victoria joined my office in September 2016. I am so proud and excited to open this new agency with my daughter, here in Winter Park. We are here to help you with all your insurance needs!

In 2005, Come Out With Pride, Inc. (COWP) was formed as its own corporation under the chamber. This allowed the new organization to have their own board of directors and mission for the community.
