Ask me about

Was there a single feature that sold you on your home? Maybe you couldn’t resist stunning city views or an open-plan kitchen with all the upgrades. Perhaps you liked its quiet cul-de-sac location. Or there was plenty of room for your classic cars in a three-car garage with a full workshop.

Whatever you love about the place you call home, it’s not the only reason to choose insurance with care. Your home is also a major investment. And a Farmers® agent can help as you select the coverage you want..
Subject to restrictions.

That’s why coverage comes in a variety of forms, with a range of features you can tailor to your unique situation:

Your family is young and growing, so you may be juggling a mortgage, auto loans and childcare costs. While your expenses may continue to expand over time, you may want an affordable life insurance policy that helps you plan for your family’s financial future until the kids are grown and the house is paid off.

You’re more established in life. In addition to providing a death benefit to your beneficiaries, you may leverage the loan1 or partial surrender features of certain policies to help support things like supplemental retirement income, caring for a family member with a disability or preparing for eventual estate taxes.

You’re single and have no children. The death benefit proceeds from your life insurance policy may help support obligations such as the costs of your personal debts, medical bills or final expenses — and may also help leave a legacy to someone you love or a favorite charity.

Subject to restrictions.

There’s a motor home for just about any taste and budget. You might have something basic — just enough to add a few amenities to your camping trips. Perhaps you retired, sold the house and travel full-time in a luxuriously outfitted 40-foot RV. Maybe you split the difference with a Class C motor home you can easily store in your driveway.

Any motor home is a significant purchase — and, while it might seem like a house on wheels, that doesn’t mean your home or auto insurance policy provide the coverage you want. Your Farmers® agent can tell you about insurance designed for your RV.

Ask your local Farmers® agent to run a “flood zone determination” on your property. The federal government’s National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) has established two types of zones:

High risk: Homes in these areas are more likely to be damaged by flood. The government requires homeowners to have flood coverage when they have loans from federally regulated or insured lenders.
Low-to-moderate risk: Flood insurance coverage isn’t required in these areas, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t desirable.

Low-to-moderate risk zones account for 25% of all flood insurance claims, and receive one-third of federal disaster assistance for flooding.

You’ve worked hard for your car, home, savings — your success. And personal umbrella coverage can help you protect these assets from the unexpected.

Umbrella insurance provides additional liability coverage — over and above the limits on your auto and other personal liability policies. This extra protection is available in $1 million increments up to $10 million. And $1 million of coverage can cost less than $1 a day.

As a small business owner, receiving the proper coverage for your business is a priority. We offer Commercial Business products for business owners, including Nail & Spa Salons and Barber Shops.

We also offer Commercial Auto policies for Food Trucks, Lawn & Care, and much more!

Have any questions about Business Umbrella or General Liability coverage? We're happy to answer those, too!

Our agency is proud to offer annual policy reviews, as well. Call us today for more information.
