About Me

Knowledge is power, and I want to give you both. I want to empower you to make the smartest decisions with your money by giving you the exclusive inside scoop other agencies won't.

If you need Life Insurance, Home Insurance (including vacation homes and rental properties), Business Insurance (ask me about insurance for restaurants, I used to work in the restaurant industry), Renter’s Insurance, Auto Insurance, or Specialty coverage, I will give you honest straightforward knowledge and advice normally reserved for insurance insiders. Unlike other agencies, we will not try to sell you something if we don’t think it is a good fit for your needs. We believe if you do the right thing long enough, you will be rewarded.

With me as your agent, the process for getting insurance will be simpler than you ever imagined. Outside work, I am a coach and mentor; I will use those same skills with my clients. My staff and I will eliminate the confusion surrounding insurance and make sure you have the tools to protect yourself.

If you are in Monument, Palmer Lake, Woodmoor, Larkspur, Perry Park, Castle Rock, Black Forest Woodland Park, or Colorado Springs, I am looking forward to being your local insurance mentor.

Be sure to follow my agency on social media to get fun content, meet the staff, insider secrets to insurance, a behind the scenes look at running a business, community events, and more.

Give me a call at (719) 481-0600 and I'll be happy to answer any questions you might have.

Ask Me About:

What is the difference between Renter’s Insurance and Landlord Insurance?
If you are currently renting your house or apartment from someone, you need renter’s insurance to protect your belongings inside your home. Landlord Insurance is a type of home insurance for people who want to invest in rental properties. It covers property damage, any lost rental income, or injury to your tenants because of property maintenance problems.

What do I need Life Insurance For?
You can use life insurance to provide your family in case you die or are seriously injured. On top of that, life Insurance is good for any retirement plan. With Farmers, you can convert your Farmers term life insurance policy to permanent coverage with no medical underwriting in most cases.

What does Business Insurance cover?
Business insurance covers most accidents that occur inside your business. With Farmers commercial insurance you also receive assistance with human resources and your very own workers comp expert to work one on one with you to keep your employees safe.

What is Comprehensive vs Collision?
If a tree falls on your car and no one sees it, are you still covered? You are covered if you have comprehensive coverage. Comprehensive covers damage to your car that is out of your control, such as a tree falling on your car, hail damage, or if you hit an animal.

Collison covers any damage to your car that happens while you’re moving (except hitting an animal, Comprehensive covers that). Examples include hitting another car, hitting a telephone pole, hitting a tree, etc.

Trustworthiness:
My team and I believe in always operating as if your grandma is watching. We believe what goes around come around and if you do what is right, you will eventually be rewarded.

Loyalty:
We think that the client – agent relationship should be a two-way street where both parties benefit. We care deeply for the client and community and believe that if people treat you right, you should return the favor and be loyal to those who treat you right.

Honesty:
My staff and I believe Shakespeare said it best when he said, “No legacy is as rich as honesty”. We believe honesty helps build trust, which helps build positive relationships with our community.

Helping People:
My agency believes that people are generally good people and they deserve to be helped when they need it. We are trying to build a legacy that will be able to give back to people for generations to come.

Fun:
My staff and I think that life was meant to be enjoyed. You only have so much time on this earth, so why not enjoy it. We want to be a part of your life that helped you have a little fun and enjoy yourself.
One of my major passions in life is ice hockey. I have been playing the game for most of my life. I belong to a men’s ice hockey league at the Monument Ice Rink. I am also a volunteer facilitator for The Mile-High Mites – Learn to Play Program through the Colorado Avalanche. The program introduces kids to the sport of hockey. I help teach kids the fundamentals needed to play, as well as teamwork and sportsmanship.

I love traveling and spending time with my family, our last big adventure as a family was our trip to Europe. We visited multiple countries including the Czech Republic where my kids participated in a hockey camp, and France where we stayed with extended family.

I am also a volunteer for the Cheyenne Mountain School District’s Junior Achievement program. I mentor kids while they are still in school to help them figure out what they want to do for their careers, build life skills to help them succeed, and character building to help them be positive members of the community.

A little fun fact you may not know about me is that I am a classically trained chef.
