Farmers Insurance Agent in Monument, CO

Robert Leon Soucek
About Me

Knowledge is power, and I want to give you both. I want to empower you to make the smartest decisions with your money by giving you the inside scoop other agents won't.

Whether its Home, Auto, Life, Business, Recreational Insurance and others, I will give you honest straightforward knowledge and advice normally reserved for insurance insiders. Unlike other agencies, we will not try to sell you something if we don’t think it is a good fit for your needs. We believe if you do the right thing long enough, you will be rewarded.

Outside work, I am a coach and mentor; I will use those same skills with my clients. My staff and I will eliminate the confusion surrounding insurance and make sure you have the tools to protect yourself and avoid getting screwed by other agencies. Anyone can reach out and chat, regardless if you are a current client or not.

I am looking forward to being your insurance mentor.

Be sure to follow me on social media to get fun content, meet the staff, insider secrets to insurance, a behind the scenes look at running a business, community events, and more.

Give me a call at (719) 481-0600 and I'll be happy to answer any questions you might have.

Ask Me About:

On August 1st I officially opened my doors to the public. I am eager to meet you and start building relationships with my neighbors. Some of my passions in life are mentoring and teaching. I want to be an agency that teaches anyone who wants to know about insurance. You can come to me for advice, even if you aren't a client. Stop by my office or make an appointment so I can become your insurance mentor.

My office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. My address is 481 Highway 105, Suite J, Monument, CO 80132. The office is located in the shopping center with the Monument Post office in it; we are behind the Taco Bell, across from Horseshoe Donuts, and next to Broken Bones BBQ If you aren’t yet comfortable coming into the office to meet me in person you can email me at and we can set up a video conference. I am looking forward to meeting you.
Schools cannot seem to make up their minds on whether they will be open or closed for the fall. With all this uncertainty, a service schools offer has fallen through the cracks, that service is school portraits for your kids.

If your school has already decided to remain closed for the beginning of the year or is still unsure, I don’t want you to miss out on the opportunity to have your kids’ portraits taken. Your kids will keep growing older even if they must learn online, you don’t want a gap in your photo album because they could not have their pictures taken in school.

My agency is teaming up with local photographers and will cover the cost for all my clients to have their kids’ school photos taken, as well as family portraits taken. This will be a great opportunity for families to have a little sense of normalcy while an unusual school year begins. Portraits will be taken at various outdoor locations around Monument. Dates and locations TBA so stay tuned.

You are on a journey planning for and creating the life you want; I want to be your guide walking with you while you do it. Whether it is securing your family’s financial future by taking out a life insurance policy or protecting your home, auto, and possessions from freak accidents, I want to be the person you turn to when you need someone steady to lean on; a rock to help you weather the storms of life.
My team and I believe in always operating as if your grandma is watching. We believe what goes around come around and if you do what is right, you will eventually be rewarded.

We think that the client – agent relationship should be a two-way street where both parties benefit. We care deeply for the client and community and believe that if people treat you right, you should return the favor and be loyal to those who treat you right.

My staff and I believe Shakespeare said it best when he said, “No legacy is as rich as honesty”. We believe honesty helps build trust, which helps build positive relationships with our community.

Helping People:
My agency believes that people are generally good people and they deserve to be helped when they need it. We are trying to build a legacy that will be able to give back to people for generations to come.

My staff and I think that life was meant to be enjoyed. You only have so much time on this earth, so why not enjoy it. We want to be a part of your life that helped you have a little fun and enjoy yourself.
One of my major passions in life is ice hockey. I have been playing the game for most of my life. I belong to a men’s ice hockey league at the Monument Ice Rink. I am also a volunteer facilitator for The Mile-High Mites – Learn to Play Program through the Colorado Avalanche. The program introduces kids to the sport of hockey. I help teach kids the fundamentals needed to play, as well as teamwork and sportsmanship.

I love traveling and spending time with my family, our last big adventure as a family was our trip to Europe. We visited multiple countries including the Czech Republic where my kids participated in a hockey camp, and France where we stayed with extended family.

I am also a volunteer for the Cheyenne Mountain School District’s Junior Achievement program. I mentor kids while they are still in school to help them figure out what they want to do for their careers, build life skills to help them succeed, and character building to help them be positive members of the community.

A little fun fact you may not know about me is that I am a classically trained chef.
