    Excellent and flexible service from Tony. He guided me through the whole process and called the central insurance team several times to sort out particular issues / questions about my new policies.
    Only downside was that the Farmer’s computer systems were down for a long tome, so I had to come back the next day, which wasted a lot of my time - not at all Tony’s fault and he did his best to mitigate the issue, including a nice Starbucks :-)
    Don’t like the policy fee levied on a new policy.
