I have been in the insurance business for 21 years and my family has been in the insurance business for 55 years. I am a member of Farmers® Toppers Club and Championship Club. This means I am one of the top Farmers agents in Northern California. To date my agency services about 1100 clients. About 95% of my customers live in the Bay Area.
I believe in always doing what is right for the customer. I also believe in putting together insurance packages for my clients which cover all of their insurance needs at a good value. My clients depend on me to adequately protect their life and assets and I take that responsibility very seriously. Finally, I believe in service. When our customers have insurance claims, we take care of them thoroughly and quickly.

    I called the office to add a new vehicle and had a very difficult time. She informed me that it would take 24-48 hrs to see it on line and would in the mean time forward me our cards and the amount for the additional vehicle. None of that happened. After a couple of day and on a weekend day, I called the main customer service number and had our new vehicle added immediately and paid the additional premium over the phone. Incredibly disappointed with the customer service.
