The day before speaking to Mr. Canedo, I was on the phone with two other different agents (different office) for 2 hours each and they never took time to listen to me or even let me speak. Thats to show you the great, fast, clear and friendly customer service Mr. Canedo provided me. Mr. Canedo was very customer focused and not produced focused.
