I am originally from Illinois and relocated to the valley in 2007. Like many others, I came to Arizona to escape the frigid Chicago winters, full of sub‐zero temperatures and lake effect snow. I am married to my beautiful wife Nicole, and together we have 5 children. As your local Farmers® agent here in Arizona, I take great pride in educating my clients on what products and services are available to them. I believe in having a no-pressure environment, that allows clients to make decisions that work best for their family and situation, as each is unique. One of my passions outside of the office is giving back to my local community. My family and I enjoy volunteering at Feed My Starving Children, Paladin Sports Outreach, Queen Creek Heat and many more throughout the valley. After my daughter was diagnosed with Dyslexia, my wife stepped away from her teaching job of 10 years to start Project 1 in 5 Dyslexia Tutoring. This organization was started to help kids with Dyslexia become confident in their reading and spelling abilities. Project 1 in 5 Dyslexia Tutoring is a private tutoring service providing 1:1 ratio tutoring sessions for those with reading and spelling difficulties. Located in Gilbert, Arizona, Project 1 in 5 Dyslexia Tutoring provides services in Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and even remotely with video conferencing. Each of our tutors is an experienced and certified teacher, specifically trained to use the Barton Reading and Spelling System. This Orton-Gillingham based program provides a systematic, explicit, and multi-sensory approach while helping students to build confidence by providing the proper interventions and strategies to become more independent learners. The one-on-one teaching environment enables each of our tutors to meet each student’s specific needs while practicing at their own pace. I am very involved in this amazing organization as they are near and dear to my heart. You can find me most weekends on the field coaching baseball, football, or any of the Mighty Pal's rec programs. Paladin Sports Outreach is a 501(c)3, Arizona nonprofit corporation, established in 2008 to bring sports and recreation services to communities everywhere. We believe that sports are an incredible vehicle for bringing families together and for teaching youth important life lessons that will impact forever!
